Saxon Court is currently occupied by a vacant three storey office building.
The site sits partially within the Basingstoke Town conservation area with listed buildings the Wheatsheaf and Winton House close to the site.
Our design team have worked alongside a local heritage consultant to ensure the new development is sympathetic to local character.
This includes aligning design features with the houses along Sarum Hill such as the use of pitched roofs, red bricks and brick detailing.
Following our consultation with you, we hope to submit a planning application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
We will continue to work with you and keep you updated as our plans develop.
If our application is successful this will include informing you of the timelines for redevelopment.
